What is Your Return On Investment?
Membership in Top Echelon Network isn’t a cost—it’s an investment. For
example, many Network Members choose to utilize all of the products and services
offered by Top Echelon. These include Network Membership, Big Biller recruiting
software, and a Platinum Web site.
For a single recruiter, the total monthly investment for this suite of services
is $265. Over the course of a year, the investment would be $3,180. However, since
the average recruiting fee generated by Top Echelon Members is $16,000, each recruiter
would net $7,520 on a split placement after Network fees. Consequently, if your
firm makes one Network split placement each year, your total net profit on your
investment would be $4,340. That’s a hefty 57% return on investment, and the more
split placements you make, the higher that percentage becomes.
