At Top Echelon Network, we emphasize quality relationships between our Members, and we encourage them to meet on a face-to-face basis as much as possible. In fact, we provide two ways for them to do exactly that with our annual National Convention and Fall Conference. When our Members attend these events, they have the opportunity to not only gain knowledge, but also to network with one another in a number of different ways:
-
Round-table discussions based on industry
-
Round-table discussions based on specific recruiting topics
-
Concurrent sessions conducted by Network Members
-
Our popular "Icebreaker Reception" social gathering
-
Gala events and parties
-
At the National Convention, we also honor our Top Producers from the previous year with awards in different categories. To see our award winners from 2007, click here.
2008 National Convention recap
The 2008 Top Echelon Network National Convention was held at the Sheraton Dallas on Thursday, April 10 through Saturday, April 12. In addition to receiving training from Jeff Kaye of Next Level Recruiter Training, attendees also made a trip to Billy Bob’s, the “World’s Largest Honky-Tonk.” While at Billy Bob’s, Top Echelon recruiters had the opportunity to ride a mechanical bull, visit the famous Fort Worth Stockyards, and watch a live bull riding exhibition.
Up next is the 2009 National Convention. Past convention locations have included Charlotte, N.C.; Nashville, Tenn., and Dallas, Texas. Our schedule of upcoming events is as follows:
