Top Echelon Network helps independent recruiters make split placements. A split placement is where two recruiters share candidate and job order information, make the placement, then split the fee. Top Echelon Network then receives a 6% brokerage fee. Within the last seven years, our recruiters have taken in over $121 million in placement fees.

While we facilitate split placements, we have been working to help our recruiters make non-split placements as well, via several Internet tools that we have developed. The Internet Candidate Pool has over 952,690 "passive" Internet candidates. Plus, we have partnered with over 5,000 employment Web sites which gives you the option to advertise your jobs to these sites en masse.

How do these split and non-split opportunities come about?

Preferred Members utilize the Top Echelon online placement system for submitting candidate and job order information to the Top Echelon Network. Therefore, Members can utilize these tools for non-split opportunities, or for sharing their information to over 1,200 Top Echelon Members for split placement opportunities.

With over 1,200 Member recruiters, the opportunities to develop Trading Partner relationships are nearly endless. We can help you get to know other Top Echelon Members who work the same industries or disciplines as you through our mentoring program, or through your attendance at one of our conventions. In addition, our online system allows you to perform searches for other recruiters by specialty, keywords, state, etc., then provides you with contact information so you can get in touch with them. Nothing beats good, old-fashioned networking.
